Our operation is located in eastern, Central North Dakota. We are part of a large family grain farm and own a large commercial Angus based cow herd. We also operate a small registered cattle herd of Hereford, Angus & Black Hereford cattle.
Commercial Herd
The registered herd consists of about 100 females. The herd was developed from Tori’s 4-H and NDJPS Herefords. Opie was purchased in 2007; he was the first registered Black Hereford bull in North Dakota. In 2008, the first calf crop of Black Herefords was born in North Dakota. In the past years we have purchased more Hereford & Angus cattle to use in our Black Hereford program.
